The architectural concept developed for the ME apartment was based on a cozy atmosphere, achieved through the careful selection of finishes, materials, and furniture. The 70-square-meter property features two suites, a living room integrated with the dining area and kitchen, a powder room, and a laundry area. The design was conceived around simplicity, utilizing neutral tones and natural materials, accented by pastel colors—both in the social and private areas—to complete the new home for a mother and daughter.

Sotaque Bar draws its initial inspiration from classic Brazilian pub culture (the traditional botecos). Through a relaxed atmosphere, classic bar food, and traditional drinks, the establishment has breathed new life into this corner of Protásio Alves Avenue in Porto Alegre.

Mercado Brasco - Padre Chagas / Butiá Arquitetura

The proposal was to transform a two-story house from the 1940s into the Mercado Brasco concept: “the neighborhood's living room.” The goal was to redefine the corner of Padre Chagas and Luciana de Abreu streets, turning it into another of the brand's iconic meeting points, full of charm while preserving the architectural essence of the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood.
