The trapezoidal, 1,100-square-meter site is almost adjacent to the Chapultepec Golf Club. The starting point for this project was to generate the largest green area possible. For this reason, the design strategy consisted of reducing the building footprint to prioritize the gardens and creating a compositional axis in a northwest-southeast direction that divides the site and separates the complex into two volumes. Each volume has a rectangular footprint of 12 x 22 meters that opens at the center to allow independent access to each home. The program is distributed across three levels, plus a semi-basement, thus fulfilling all the requested requirements within the smallest footprint possible.
