This resolution protects a group of 217 properties and 2 public spaces classified as Z8-200 (currently ZEPEC). According to the resolution, the property is designated for partial preservation, which applies to the volumetric shape and external architectural features of the landmarked asset. Only interventions related to the conservation and restoration of the facades and roof are permitted, without modifying openings, structure, materials, or architectural characteristics.
