Although the project was designed in 2016, its construction was completed in two phases, the first in 2018 and the second in 2024. One of the premises of the project was to distribute the entire internal area of the house on a single level. This way, the slight slope of the topography is only noticeable in the elevation of the open area around the pool in relation to the natural ground level.

The renovation project for this apartment took advantage of the original features of the property, combining them with the needs of the new residents. The analysis of the building's structure revealed that the visible face of the apartment's concrete ceiling did not have a structural function and served only as a type of "finishing ceiling." This allowed for the careful removal of this thin layer, revealing the composition of structural beams that had been hidden before.

The first home of a couple, Apartment 114S received a renovation project signed by the Brasília office BLOCO Arquitetos, founded by partners Daniel Mangabeira, Henrique Coutinho, and Matheus Seco. The residents’ goal was to transform the apartment into a gathering place for family and friends. With this premise, the three-bedroom property was completely remodeled, creating a large social area with only one suite for the couple. Located in Superquadra 114 in Asa Sul, Brasília, the apartment had its social area expanded, and the kitchen integrated into the living room.

The project started from the demand for a house that could be built in the shortest possible time. All its modularity, finishing options and choice of structural materials are based on this premise. The option for the use of metal structure was therefore due to the available budget, the availability of raw materials in the market at the time of the project and the speed of assembly of the structure. On the other hand, other secondary items of the work, such as wooden ceilings and ground floors, were assembled and/or built by local labor. Thus, the Casa 350 project combines a predominantly prefabricated construction with small sections built in an artisanal way.

The "Na Praia" complex was designed as an entertainment center on the edge of Paranoá, the artificial lake that surrounds the Plano Piloto of Brasília. However, public and direct access to the lake is still very limited, despite recent efforts by the government to improve the waterfront. The uniqueness of "Na Praia" is therefore supported by the intention to definitively appropriate part of the immense water mirror that borders the protected urban project and transform it into a kind of "coastline" in the Federal Capital.

The building for the headquarters of this law firm that works with the renewable energy sector reuses the partially demolished concrete structure of an existing house.
Casa Cavalcante was built in the center of an area of 266 hectares, adjacent to the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park which houses one of the most important biomes in the world: the Cerrado (Brazilian savanna).
