This housing module, which we baptized refuge, was a special request from a principal, owner of a field located in a rural area near the city of La Plata, which sought to have a covered space, where not only could it be protected from the wet Pampas climate in which he would find, but also to enjoy the natural environment that surrounded him.

The site where this house is located is "El Quimilar", a peripheral neighborhood located in the town of City Bell, La Plata, which has shown significant population growth in recent years. The lot of this house is comprised of dividing walls of 12.5 meters x 37.5 meters, facing north to the front, and with the obligation to leave 2 meters free on one of its sides to generate a space of air and light with respect to adjoining lots.

The house is located in the town of Gonnet, a suburban area of the city of La Plata, a site in which low-rise buildings predominate, mostly single-family hoses, surrounded by abundant vegetation and outdoor spaces. The house is built on a lot between party walls of 10m x 50m where its front faces north. As a particularity, one of the sides is not fully consolidated, instead there is a swimming pool on the adjoining lot (owned by a relative of the client), responsible for completing said "limit".
