Situated in the very center of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the exhibition rooms devoted primarily to fashion are in the Rohan Wing of the Louvre running along the Jardin des Tuileries and the Rue de Rivoli. This wing was renovated in the 90s, with an additional floor being added and with all of its windows blocked, such that its architectural structure was not immediately visible.

Designed with the Fayolle Pilon architectes associés team, the extension – renovation of the Notre-Dame des Oiseaux high school is implanted on Michel-Ange street, in the heart of the 16th district of Paris. Besides the partial refurbishment of a 19e century building, the project needed the demolition of an old adapted pavilion, in order to implement a rich, complex, program including a laboratory, classrooms, offices, a library, an extension of the existing dining hall, and a buried gymnasium.

The project is located along a busy street in the 13th arrondissement connecting the metro to Parc Montsouris, on a 17 m² plot with a 4.80 m opening onto the street and characterized by large overhanging neighboring walls. The atypical program, the annex of the Atelier des Beaux-Arts Glacière offers exhibition space for various works in their modes of expression as well as in their formats (drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, etc.).
