The TBS school is located in the innovation district of 22@, prepared to accommodate more than 1,100 students. It is a terraced building with a ceramic facade featuring large openings that reflect the dynamism of the interior program. The design aims to create efficient, high-quality educational spaces connected to vegetation, and the building has achieved LEED Gold sustainability certification. The stepped structure is integrated into its surroundings, and the business school is situated in a block of 22@, Barcelona's innovation and business activity hub, occupying the corner between Venezuela and Josep Pla streets. The building's layout follows the chamfered shape, highlighting the characteristic morphology of the Eixample district.

The A111 office building promotes biodiversity and is organized so that all offices have outdoor spaces with abundant vegetation, totaling 1,380 m² of terraces. It has also obtained LEED Platinum and Wiredscore certifications. The project, located in the 22@ district, is on the former site of the "Galletas Viñas" factory, coexisting with the historic building of the industrial complex. Due to its proximity to the historic building and the memory of the neighborhood's past, a respectful attitude is adopted, enabling a harmonious relationship with the surrounding environment.

The Vita Student Residence is located in the Pedralbes neighborhood of Barcelona, a privileged environment. It is centrally situated, close to several prestigious universities, surrounded by green spaces, at the foot of the Collserola mountain range. The 9,213 m² building with 274 rooms is organized into three interconnected volumes, comprising a ground floor and four additional floors.

In a strong commitment to innovation, the building has a charred wood façade that follows the Shou Sugi Ban method. This traditional Japanese technique consists of burning the outer layer of the wood, achieving a unique and attractive facade with great properties. The project tackles an interstitial space between municipalities, at the convergence of the Collserola and Marina ranges, besides the Rec Comtal and Besós natural spaces. The project's area has historically been the rear side of both municipalities becoming a space degraded by illegal thrash dumping carried out over the years, generating the disengagement of the citizens with the area. The goal of the project is to consolidate and improve a pedestrian connection, currently inaccessible and insecure, between Vallbona and Can Sant Joan.

The project is set within the broader scheme of the Igualada Green Ring, the aim of which is to generate a series of itineraries for pedestrians and bicycles in the form of a green belt around the city’s perimeter. This new sustainable mobility infrastructure sets out to design a system of parks and peri-urban open spaces that function as a network suitable for environmentally friendly leisure activities, adapting and recovering, to a large extent, spaces that are currently run-down or underused. In this context, Camí de les Guixeres, the track leading to the mines, represents the recovery of a stretch of 1.65 kilometres, out of which the first 800 metres have now been completed.

The new Industrial Engineering and Innovation Campus of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia is built beside the Forum area, between Carrer Taulat and the Ronda Litoral beltway. The Urban Improvement Plan for this sector is organized on the site around a central axis parallel to the sea, with the various campus buildings to either side. Our project centres on two of these buildings, which face each other, building C laid out along Carrer Taulat and building I on the Ronda Litoral side. Both are designed to house research areas and comprise lecture rooms, laboratories and offices. Though the built volumes of the two were fundamentally different, we decided to unify the design by organizing both floor plans according to an identical sequence of bays: a central bay for entrances and services, and two side bays of different widths, one smaller for offices and one larger for laboratories. In building C, the sequence is laid out perpendicular to the street, whereas in building I it is parallel, calling for another bay separated from the others by a courtyard that provides lighting and ventilation. Having decided the functional order of the buildings, we seek for a homogeneous façade system to meet the requirements of insulation and structure.
