We integrated the entire living and dining area, which was originally divided by a door, and fully opened up the terrace. Since this is a rental apartment, we chose to work more with paint and less with custom millwork. Instead, we proposed several timeless Brazilian design pieces that can easily fit into a future home, such as armchairs by Sergio Rodrigues and a sofa by Jader Almeida.

We created a single, unified living area integrated with the terrace by leveling the floor and using the same flooring material throughout.
