The brand recently underwent a major rebranding process, and the store aims to reflect this new chapter. While the target audience is diverse, the primary focus is on serving clients aged 50 and over.

The design for Nelogica’s new headquarters is based on the premise of organizing 300 workstations in a fluid, connected layout, with teams distributed without physical barriers. To achieve this, the complementary program, meeting rooms, and lounge areas were arranged along the workstations, creating the necessary zoning simply through the distance between the different teams. In addition to the traditional office program, several uses were integrated into the project to create a "universe" of possibilities for those experiencing the space.

The retrofit project for the new Unicred headquarters, designed to accommodate 410 workstations, takes as its starting point the reinforcement of the brand's identity through the use of light colors, vegetation, and authentic materials. The project is located on the last lot of the Jardim Europa subdivision, a planned neighborhood developed around a large urban park – Germânia Park – in the northern zone of Porto Alegre. The site has a 13-foot (4-meter) slope and, being situated at the boundaries of the subdivision, features an irregular shape due to its interface with the older, consolidated urban fabric. The narrowest of its facades faces Germânia Park.

When Escritório Piratini, a law firm specializing in real estate law, decided to move its headquarters to a 100-square-meter commercial space in a new building in Porto Alegre, optimizing the layout of the internal spaces became crucial. Because the previous office was 50% larger than the new space, the design had to be extremely well organized, allowing the spaces to be partitioned according to the clients' needs while making the best possible use of the available area.

The Casa Mandacaru is named after the plant, symbol of a happy and large family, who loves to gather. Therefore, the project was designed to accommodate on a daily basis the nucleus of four residents (parents and two young children) but also be able to host large meetings and celebrations. The condominium where the land is located, in Votorantim, has a particularity that allows walls between lots (something not very common in this type of development). Thus, the proposal was the creation of a wall that would be the protagonist in the composition, embracing the two main volumes of the house. The front volume, with one floor, contains pedestrian access, the garage, and the guest room/office. The back volume contains the social area on the ground floor and the three suites and laundry room on the second floor. A large curved marquee connects these two volumes and creates an important covered area in the central courtyard of the house. It also embraces the pool and the jabuticaba tree, also important elements in the composition. The objective of this implantation was to expand the house to the entire lot, in a concept of a courtyard house, focused on itself. In this way, the inside and outside expand and so do the limits of the enclosures. The idea is total integration of the common areas with the central courtyard and the garden that embraces the ensemble, providing many spaces to accommodate the whole family. The house has three main materials: wooden brise, glass, and hydraulic tile. The brise covers the front volume and the second floor of the back volume, providing privacy for the house and promoting light control in the rooms. The glass encloses the social areas of the ground floor, connecting the house to the garden. The red hydraulic tile, designed by Arquitetura Nacional, covers the entire perimeter of the wall that surrounds the house.

When customers decided to exchange their apartment in bustling Porto Alegre, for a house in the quiet neighboring town of Eldorado do Sul, their intentions were clear: more peaceful day by day with more space available, both inside and outside the home. The volumetry of the house is defined and reinforced by the concise materiality. The upper volume of concrete is balanced on a base covered with carbonized wood and large glass planes.

This house, located in a gated community in the municipality of Xangri-Lá, on the south of Brazil, makes use of its privileged position (a corner lot on the border of a lake) to explore the visuals and the relations between private and social areas. The briefing is standard for a beach house: generous social area to entertain family and friends and an intimate area for resting. The living spaces on the ground floor areas as open as possible. On the second floor are the bedrooms and all private areas - a spa and the tv room. On the ground floor, the social spaces are articulated by smaller volumes that hold the complementary spaces (kitchen, toilet, warehouse, and service).

Occupying the 15th floor of the building, where it previously occupied a ground floor room, the new headquarters has privileged views of the city and was born with the premise of not referencing itself in a traditional corporate environment. The use of comfortable and fun colors and textures create plural and comfortable workspaces.

The client first approached us when he was looking for a solution to his 59 sqm loft in Porto Alegre, of which the floorplan did not reflect his desire to live with integrated spaces. The first strategy was to merge all the entrance floor areas, replacing the existing stair by a helicoidal staircase in the center of the project and incorporating the laundry to the kitchen woodwork.

The project comes from the need for a bigger space for Fênix, a preparatory course for college in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The existing building had some defining characteristics for the design strategies: three floors without compartments, private yard and visuals for the trees’ level. The architecture project seeks maximum integration among students through large seating areas and bleachers. On the ground floor there are the reception, study room, administration and living areas. Private spaces with the shape of small houses serve both for small group study and parent’s assistance. Its casual format and scale provide an immersion and warmth experience in an attempt to disconnect the students from the competitive universe from college preparation. On the back, an extensive bleacher unfolds from the interior of the building to the backyard, supporting studies, students meeting and informal classes. In front of the bleacher, the floor differences marks the space of the stage for small lectures and events.
