The plot is located in the Residential Alphaville II condominium, on the outskirts of DF-140. With a view of the native riparian forest, the house is constructed on two levels, taking advantage of the natural slope of the topography to integrate the landscape into the project. The main entrance, facing the internal part of the condominium, features a wooden panel that connects two defined volumes. The opposite facade, facing north, has strategically placed openings to allow contemplation of the surrounding nature.

The "Na Praia" complex was designed as an entertainment center on the edge of Paranoá, the artificial lake that surrounds the Plano Piloto of Brasília. However, public and direct access to the lake is still very limited, despite recent efforts by the government to improve the waterfront. The uniqueness of "Na Praia" is therefore supported by the intention to definitively appropriate part of the immense water mirror that borders the protected urban project and transform it into a kind of "coastline" in the Federal Capital.

The architectural concept adopted unfolds itself from the relationship between spirituality, nature, and community. Spirituality communicates itself in the Catholic religion through its rites, celebrations, and sacred symbols. The sacred sense stands and renovates itself through the sensitive contact of nature, which evokes the divine presence and the integration with the cosmos. Architecture, on its turn, has been the privileged space of manifestation of the sacred by the person who occupies it, where the light penetrates delicately or where the silence of the stone manifests itself in the murmur of the prayers. The circular nave brings as a concept this gesture of welcoming, as it approximates the altar to the congregation.

Adjacent to the lot, a green non-buildable area, still flourishing, promises to become a densely wooded forest, a common green space to the residents of the condominium.
