Jurerê On benefits from a pioneering urban plan designed by Oscar Niemeyer, an icon of Brazilian modern architecture, who in 1958 planned a neighborhood with over twenty green pathways, bringing residents closer to nature. It is precisely this tradition of Brazilian modern architecture that inspires the design of Jurerê On. Horizontal planes of exposed concrete, finished with natural wood, create a building that connects people with the landscape. And what a landscape!
