Their new space is positioned between a public, large central atrium and more intimate atrium of a multi-million square foot vertical village (previously a large distribution warehouse). Their new home is made up of three functions: staff offices, flexible training rooms, and community areas for breaks and collaboration. The space is also open to a large private terrace with outdoor seating for small meetings or to recharge throughout the day.  </p>]]>

As a relief to the massive scale of the existing building, the restaurant offers a variety of more intimate conditions with the enclosed booth seating, expansive community table, four-top tables, bar seating, and two-top tables in the corridor.</p>]]>

The practice had outgrownits location in a retail shopping center and needed a freestanding building for their growing practice. Continuous 24-7 treatment and care for animal patients created programmatic needs that are very similar to a human hospital, including: treatment, surgery, specialty procedure rooms, recovery, and intensive care areas.</p>]]>

The music college wanted a look that was to be vibrant, fresh, and exciting for students and teachers, but the required functional spaces were quite different than that of the bank.</p>]]>
