The landscape is what is present in nature and goes beyond the visual or perceptual if we understand it as a system of resources and interactions that allow it to be, giving it value is being able to dialogue with it without damaging its essence. Architecture is when you know how to read that system and join it, if you are environmentally conscious, as one more element that makes the most of resources without damaging them, where, every day, every hour, every season, every morning, you can live a different experience. , enjoy the passage of time, and build your own atmosphere with identity next to that place.

This weekend house is the result of an in-depth study on the current construction problems in our natural territory and developed under the logic of LEED v4 sustainable housing certification. The changes generated during the pandemic promoted remote work and opened a new scenario, favoring the advance of migrations and growth in the demand for housing in environments of high landscape and natural value.

The western periphery of the city of Córdoba is witness to new neighborhoods, preferably chosen by young families or single people, who seek to get away from the complexity of urban concentration, amidst growing areas and canals still in operation. In this context of economic and social difficulties, the minimum house with a patio emerges as a valid alternative for those who leave their homes at a height due to the need to access their own outdoor space. 4 minimum homes were developed, with a contractive cost of 290USS per m2.
