Moncler's new headquarters, a landmark of urban regeneration. ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel presents Casa Moncler, the new headquarters of the brand, located within the Symbiosis District in Milan, a strategic area of urban regeneration in the southern quadrant of the city. The project takes the form of a complex spanning 77,000 square meters, distributed across six above-ground floors and two basement levels, reaching a total height of approximately 32 meters. Designed to accommodate over 700 employees, the building offers highly flexible workspaces and advanced environmental performance, establishing a dialogue with the site's historical legacy. The new headquarters for Moncler reinterprets contemporary industrial architecture by evoking the morphology and materiality of the site's original manufacturing context, transforming these references into an architectural language that is both essential and sophisticated. The main building stands out for its rigorous compositional layout and its restrained formal presence. The volumetric articulation also includes a semi-underground showroom, whose architecture features a shed roof that establishes a dialogue with the surrounding structures. This element intersects volumetrically with the main body, creating an architectural junction that defines the perimeter of the campus and reinforces its overall compositional coherence. Embracing the principles of the Building-as-a-City, the structure absorbs the complexity of an urban environment, becoming an organism capable of accommodating a wide range of functions and services, while fostering exchange and cross-contamination among different architectural typologies. Moreover, elements of industrial archaeology, such as the historic chimney, have been repurposed and integrated into the new design, reinforcing the connection between past and present and anchoring the building within Milan's urban landscape.

In the rapidly growing 7th district of Taichung (Taiwan), Treasure Garden provides lavish living spaces and generous common areas in an elegant Italian fashion, paying homage to the masterful geometrics of Giò Ponti. The architecture and interior design for the latest residential building by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel create a unified design framework with elongated lattice patterns and a contrasting yet delicate color palette with metallic elements. The design concept for the development inserts a clear, unique and figurative residential element at a prime location of the city.

The public square is dedicated to Italian industrialist and engineer Adriano Olivetti who advocated for the reinvestment of profit for the benefit of the community–an idea that echoes the masterplan’s aim of revitalizing a former industrial area of Milan. With Carlo Masera’s landscape design for the square and the first building’s glass facade, Italian architecture firm ACPV inserts a radiant addition to the chain of south Milan’s extensive urban transformations alongside Fondazione Prada and Università Bocconi’s new campus.

NOVE is a 7/10-story office building in the center of Munich in the privileged new area of Arnulfpark, 10 minutes from the central station and close to the major points of interest in the city. On a floor area of 27,500 sqm, the building provides space for 1,300 jobs. The building is planned primarily for office use. On the ground floor, this is complemented by a restaurant and bar, shops/showrooms and conference areas. Two large patios are available to all users of the building: one with water features and informal meeting areas and one which creates a more contemplative and calm atmosphere, following the design of Enzo Enea. A penthouse level offers special office-areas with terraces and roof gardens. The building is topped with a vegetated green roof.

The total reconfiguration of the volumes of the area has been made possible by the autonomous character of the construction, which is now an isolated building inside an enclosed garden, with walls along the street, and bordered by a transparent enclosure toward the greenery, permitting the residents to perceive it as a single green zone continuous with the Solari Park.

The main strength of the area chosen for the creation of the Technogym Village is its position not far from the A14 motorway, Cesena exit. Since the building façade looks onto the motorway, these facilities will enjoy great visibility and will become a reference point for car drivers; furthermore, the mobility of the company’s vehicles will thus be facilitated. The "Technogym Village” that gathers other office buildings, the Wellness Centre and the laboratories of the R&D group, looks onto the park. The new office building (block B), that linearly develops along the industrial building (block D) for 200 metres distributed on four floors providing a total surface of about 10,700 square metres, will be erected next to the production site, in order to complement the functional units that have been included in the largest Technogym project.
