Eventually, they occupied 100% of both the right side and rear setback areas across both levels. Although this gradual self-construction process increased the square footage, it did so at the expense of spatial quality, natural light, ventilation, and adequate living conditions. Consequently, the property was in a clear process of over-densification, as most of the rooms were intended for rental.
