Located in one of the very few prestigious golfing estates in the city of Bogor, Indonesia, the Awrawikara sits on a timeless housing cluster surrounded by trees and lush greenery along the main road. Functioning as a weekend home, the residence was designed with an inward orientation of space to create optimal privacy for the homeowner. From its facade, the Awrawikara does not boast large grandeur entrances, rather, a unique pathway stretching across the front end of the house towards the sheltered entrance, which was purposefully designed to create a fulfilling experience for anyone entering the home.

Situated in Bandung’s hillside area, the EH Residence is designed to be a weekend villa for a mother and her children. This 3-bedroom villa is completed with several gathering areas that are connected with one open balcony. Within the site, this villa is designed to be a node of activities that are secluded by the thick pine trees. The residence closed up its own from the main road and opens itself up through the row of glass, towards the descending parts of the hills and the view of the city, in the southern part of the site.

The IH Residence is located in Bandung, a town with a cool and crisp climate. This project came from a family with a large size of land (approximately 5600 m2), that wants to be turned into a family residence. The house would have quite an abundant amount of functions, but would still retain the vastness of the landscape. It was built in a neighborhood with low density, thus making it very possible to create a detached-house for the family.
