The proximity to the main school campus and the site's orientation toward the Marginal Pinheiros expressway were defining factors in the design strategy for the new kindergarten. Access is planned from Rua Orobó, which facilitates the connection to the main campus and ensures traffic flow sheltered from the busy expressway.

The design for the Beacon School high school building is an integral part of a master plan, developed in 2016, for the establishment of the school's new campus, located in the former industrial neighborhood of Vila Leopoldina, in São Paulo. The early childhood and elementary school buildings are already built and active on the campus.

The Capote 210 Building is located in the Pinheiros neighborhood, near the Avenida Rebouças axis—a privileged location with a comprehensive urban infrastructure and close proximity to the main business centers of São Paulo. The ground floor stands out for its generous gallery that connects Capote Valente and Oscar Freire streets through a public easement, housing restaurants, shops, and expansive gardens along its entire length.

When we were invited to design this house in the interior of São Paulo state, we were impressed by the beauty of the landscaping and the view surrounding the family's former residence. However, the existing building no longer met their needs, and there was no reason to keep it. We decided to preserve the stone wall that defined the main plateau and the topographic profile of the land, significant elements of the property. In this way, we also maintained the beautiful landscaping, composed of a dense and varied tree park, the result of decades of cultivation and care.

Designed as an integral part of the so-called “Platina Axis,” the project aims to offer high-quality spaces for work, services, and leisure to the neighborhood and the East Zone as a whole, contributing to the reduction of long and exhausting commutes to historically centralized work hubs in the city. The Crona 665 building occupies a prime location at one of the main intersections of the Platina Axis, between Platina and Vilela Streets. Its neighbors include developments offering a wide range of services such as retail, dining, healthcare, leisure, and residences of various sizes. Located just 150 meters from Carrão Metro Station, with proximity to major access roads, train stations, bus corridors, and bike lanes, Crona 665 establishes direct connections between businesses and people.

Located on the northern coast of São Paulo, this vacation residence is situated just a few meters from the sea, yet remains hidden from those enjoying the waves or the white sands of the beach. Completely surrounded by native coastal vegetation, the building blends into its lush surroundings. Designed as a neutral volume, with its translucent faces facing the neighboring lots, the layout prioritizes a frontal view of the beach through large glass openings, so as to incorporate in its reflections, as well as in its internal spaces, the hues of this biome. The translucency is ensured by the external cladding, made up of polycarbonate cellular panels that simultaneously filter light, sound, and heat.

The layout strategy follows two complementary criteria: to create an independent pavilion—lightweight and elevated off the ground—and to integrate indoor and outdoor spaces to make the best possible use of the plot's area.

Located on the northern coast of São Paulo, this summer residence is nestled in a small clearing opened amidst a densely forested slope. The project begins with a pre-existing condition: a residence built in the 1980s, whose structural conditions were largely compromised. The design stems from identifying the structures that could be incorporated, proposing a new layout of spaces through the insertion of a new central volume.

We recently completed Elevo, a mixed-use building located at the intersection of two tree-lined streets in the Moema neighborhood. The project comprises shops, offices, and two- and three-bedroom apartments. The layout of the complex is organized around the volume of the podium, which contains the shops, the entrances to the residential tower, and the entrances to the offices distributed across the first and second floors of the base. The setback facades of this suspended volume create a protective canopy that wraps around the building, integrating with the trees along the sidewalk.

The contest of a new library of Colégio Santa Cruz, one of the important traditional schools of São Paulo, emerged throughout the process of campus modernization and restructuring, with the aim of free areas integration. Due to the privileged footprint, at the centre of the campus, the original project was not corresponding to the building importance, since it was not integrated with the whole environment.

This project is located on the outskirts of the metropolitan area of São Paulo, on a densely wooded area of 2,568 m2 - an opportunity to think about the house as a shelter for Man in the midst of nature. We imagine this house - a volume of 13 x 29 x 5.55 meters, suspended 35cm from the ground - open to the forest where it is located. The volume is built on steel frame structure, while the internal closure is made of drywall.

Within the urban context in which it is inserted, the volume of the residence imposes itself with simplicity. The main body of the house accommodates itself between the lateral boundary walls, neutralizing itself as a volume to function as an element that compartments the internal spaces of the lot.
