Based on that concept, our proposal was to design a block made of marés, a local Mallorcan sandstone with a rich architectural tradition, in which a single interior volume encompasses all the rooms of the home.

The center is designed to serve Queens College, located just a few meters from the sports complex. The plot slopes down toward the Bellver forest, offering a striking view of Bellver Castle, an iconic landmark in Palma. One of the project's primary objectives was to integrate the building into its surroundings and minimize its presence from the access street, thereby preserving the views toward Bellver Castle, whose presence guided the entire design.
