The house is situated in a gated community in the town of Roldán, near the city of Rosario, where the building mass is gradually dissolving, transforming into low structures surrounded by green space and nature. Within the property, the entire length of the house faces south, leaving open space to the north to capture the winter sun and make use of the pool area in the summer.

The site. The site is located 180 kilometers north of the city of Buenos Aires on Route 9 in El Paraíso, which is located in the Ramallo district. The site is quite dominated by history with natural characteristics since it has two landscape areas: the countryside, which we think is extended to infinite levels, and the forest surrounded by millennial trees, which dominates a large part of the land, generating wooded landscapes.

Located in a natural environment, the expansion of the exterior space of this country house emphasizes the existing landscape values and brings the inhabitant closer to nature. The exterior space of the existing house is modified because the inhabitants considered it scarce for use on weekends when reunions with relatives are common.
