In the spring of 2024, the city of Montreal announced a municipal investment of $21 million to support the creation of 670 student housing units by 2028. As the new school year starts, the shortage of affordable housing remains critical in Montreal, highlighting the relevance of the Rose des Vents project. Designed by ADHOC for the non-profit organization UTILE (Unité de travail pour l'implantation de logement étudiant ), the student residence located in the Angus Technopole offers 123 affordable units. Addressing the urgent housing crisis, Rose des Vents provides tangible solutions and demonstrates ADHOC's commitment to creating inspiring and sustainable living spaces for students, while enhancing the vitality of the local community.

Located in the Centre-South Montreal borough of Ville-Marie, Carré des Arts is a 46-unit residential rental project imagined by Sid Lee Architecture and executed by ADHOC Architectes. With the expansion and conversion of the commercial premises of the former All Nations Church, this project offers a unique visual signature, combining the modernity of added residential spaces with the heritage of the former place of worship, previously converted at one time into a recording studio.

Located on the shores of Lake St.Louis in Grande-Anse park, the reconstruction of the Baie-de-Valois Chalet is part of a shore revitalization project claimed by Pointe-Claire citizens. The building incorporates a large community hall as well as spaces to enhance the experience and water sports activities offered to over 4000 citizens and visitors who visit this area yearly. Inspired by the geological stratification of the site, the project reflects the surrounding landscape; the angled roof is reminiscent of a tree canopy, the wood cladding embodies the rhythm of tree trunks in a wooden area, and the base of the building represents the geometry of a rocky shoreline.

The project was designed with the collaboration of graphic designers Maude Lescarbeau and Camille Blais. The colorful installation was conceived to safely accommodate and attract citizens currently reappropriating the downtown of Montreal after several weeks of confinement due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The layout is designed to offer passers-by a space to promenade or to sit and relax while respecting current sanitation and social distancing norms.
