Tempo. "Relative speed with which the action happens". It is an intervention for a school in a precarious environment, inserted in the Buenos Aires suburbs. The 9 de Abril neighborhood in the province of Buenos Aires. The order is made by the family that manages the school, for which it requires us to provide a solution for access to some classrooms on the upper level. Although the requirement was a ladder; the access point and relationship with the main courtyard of all levels of the school, triggered multiple opportunities for us.

Inspired by the Californian domestic experience of the 1950s, this house is resolved through a modular system that serves as an envelope. The skin, an industrial and standardized coating, was marking the rhythm of the full and empty.

Located in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, this hotel aims to accommodate passengers coming from the airport and nearby activities. The plot, surrounded by brick walls and dense vegetation, holds an old villa. Diverse ideas emerged from the symbolic meaning of the existing house and the repetition of material, formal and chromatic characteristics of the adjacent architecture.

This house, located in a 1400 sqm plot inside a golf and country club, is to be inhabited by a family of four. Due to its location, strong constraints about shape, materials, and pitched roofs narrowed the project possibilities from scratch. Starting with this constraints the design process consisted in studying the archetypical shape of a house and its different possibilities.
