        <![CDATA[<p>The design of the "Santa Eulalia" Primary Care Center in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat has been deeply shaped by its site and zoning envelope. The proposal takes advantage of urban setback and height regulations that allow for a larger volume than the program actually requires. This surplus space provided an opportunity to reflect on spatial reorganization into functional clusters, the identity of the parts, overall visual connections, and user orientation within public buildings, among other aspects.</p>]]>
