The owners of this apartment moved from a duplex that was twice the size of their new home. The couple in their 60s, along with their small dog, wanted a smaller space that required less maintenance and had no stairs. Once they found the ideal property, they asked for a practical, functional, and cozy design with plenty of storage space.

The design for this technology and communication company was a challenge from the start, beginning with an internal competition. The brief was to propose a concept to reinvent an entire floor of a corporate building, integrating the existing 7,500 square feet (700 m²) with 5,400 square feet (500 m²) of new areas, unifying the design language while strictly adhering to the budget.

The storefront facade was designed to maximize interaction with the public, using large openings that not only illuminate the interior but also extend a visual invitation to passersby. Painted in a vibrant turquoise blue—the brand's signature color—the window frames stand out against the store's neutral base, drawing eyes and sparking curiosity.
