The site's boundary conditions are unique, as it is positioned in relation to one of the city's main avenues—a relevant factor used as a design tool for material and technological explorations of the boundary and spatial organization strategies. The dwellings are arranged on the site in a compact layout, taking the party walls as boundaries and reclaiming the occupied footprint through the integration of the rooftop as a livable outdoor space.
