The Muxarabi House is part of a construction project that totals over 600m2 and has not yet been fully built. Designed as a house to accommodate friends and family, it currently houses the couple and their two children until the main house is constructed.

Two Squares House / 24 7 Arquitetura

The house's layout consists of the creation of 3 separate blocks: garage, social, and barbecue with laundry, which are connected through two small squares covered by the slab of the bedrooms above. The first square is the entrance space to the residence that "separates" the garage volume from the social volume. The second square occurs in the transition between the social volume and the leisure volume of the house.

Itatiba House / 24 7 Arquitetura

Standing out on top of a hill, the Itatiba House was designed in such a way as to make the most of the existing topography, keeping the building at a high level in order to enjoy the view of the surroundings. The implantation of the house happens in an oblique way in relation to the street, making it skewed on the lot. In addition to guaranteeing the most beautiful views for most of the rooms, we managed to ensure that the project would guarantee a greater distance from the future neighbor with the most important view and that the openings of most of the rooms of the house would be oriented to the North-South face, optimizing the insolation in the winter and at the same time being more protected from the peak sun in the summer.

House of Toninhas / 24 7 Arquitetura

Located in the city of Ubatuba, about 230km from Sao Paulo, this summerhouse is on a steep slope and in the presence of a dense Atlantic Forest, circumstances that led the project to a dialogue between the design and the exuberant nature of the surroundings.

This single-family residential project was commissioned by Anima Incorporações, a new company in the market, whose premise is the development of sustainable and innovative projects. The house is a "model" designed to exemplify the company`s principles and to promote it in the market. Without a specific client, a usual and functional project, devoid of very specific and customized characteristics, was conceived in order to fit in as an ideal project for almost any family of 4 to 5 people.

The clients had defined: the house would have a great central yard and it would develop itself around it. A wide lot, around 1.200m², was acquired and, for our luck, we were responsible to materialize this project. Admirers of the exposed concrete, landscape and nature in general, we soon realized that we would have the support to all of our ideas that would result in an increase of the sustainability aspect of the project.

The long sloping land and a view of the forest from the back of the condominium, also the two consolidated neighbors formed the central points for structuring the concept adopted in this project. As a request of customers, the house should explore the slope of the roof and make it visible inside.

The busy day-to-day life in the big urban centers drives families to seek a haven for tranquility on the weekends. Luckily, the land chosen within a farm, in the interior of São Paulo, concentrated a series of positive aspects for the design of the project: views, large land, a good solar orientation, generous setbacks, high soil permeability, absence of currency walls. However, a requirement in the condominium regulation related to the houses’ roof, caught the residents by surprise.
