The single family house is located in a historic neighbourhood from the 1920s, planned as a low density, small scale transition to the adjacent city park. The simple volume of the house is surrounded from three sides by small courtyards.

MIR Office Building / Bureau XII

The project aims to provide an office building with flexible spaces for rent for a private investor. The building plot is located in a high-density area in the historical center of the city of Sofia. The area is heterogeneous with buildings predominantly from the beginning to the middle of the 20th century and a variety of architectural styles. The fragmented image of the city is united by the "patina", the trace that time leaves and gives the organic and warm character of the environment. Meanwhile, the location, which is near the ancient Roman city of Serdikarequires an archeological investigation of the plot. In the course of the archaeological research, the remains of a late antique tomb were discovered, which were subsequently integrated into the project.

Srebarna 18 residential building is located in a rapidly developing area between Loven Park and Vitosha metro station in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. The complex triangular corner property, as well as urban planning restrictions, largely determine the volume of the building. To achieve a definite design and functional living spaces, an orthogonal scheme was used in the plan.

The house is located on a hill in the highest corner of a village amid an agricultural area in Northeast Bulgaria. The site of the project is distinguished both by its panoramic views and distant visibility. In order to strengthen them, a part of the program is located in the seemingly blind bastion-like volume and the living area is elevated high on it.

Another Studio’s workspace is located in the apartment building at Lubotran St. also designed by the studio. Initially planned as an apartment of 120 sq.m, the space has undergone a transformation into an open-plan studio by demolition of almost all non-load-bearing walls. The open space plan provides flexibility and adaptability of the space. The main idea was to create a homely workspace where onewould be happy to go to in the morning and be comfortable and productive through the day.
