Laid on hillsides of Sadra new town, Green Land complex is a multifunctional convention center facility with about 46,178.7 m2 area offering spaces for entertainment, clubs, lounges and shops, indoor and outdoor activities. Sadra new town is a city located 18 km to North West of Shiraz which has been established on 1990s. This complex has been a pioneer attraction of this new born city.

Designing of a 2000 m2 Villa is one of the project which was firstly offered and finally implemented by our architecture studio in 2014. The villa is located in SadraCity (near Shiraz). The client had two adjacent 1000 m2 lands and wanted to construct a small villa by limited budget for his leisure time at weekends.
