The house is situated in a gated community in the town of Roldán, near the city of Rosario, where the building mass is gradually dissolving, transforming into low structures surrounded by green space and nature. Within the property, the entire length of the house faces south, leaving open space to the north to capture the winter sun and make use of the pool area in the summer.

From the outside, when observing it, we feel like we've known it all our lives. It is a little house; we have drawn it as children, we have seen it in some place, it reminds us of a rusty shed in the middle of a field. We can imagine it in many worlds. It is an icon that transports us and reminds us of home, inviting us to come in.

The project is located in a new neighborhood where until not so long ago it was only countryside. Like several of these new developments in the area, the place was defined by having practically no trees in sight. So, when we bought it, it was curious to find a small wild tree planted by the wind.

A large space that allows hosting varied and opposing activities: the bustle of the barbecue and the meeting and the calm and introspection, typical of the practice of Yoga. This pavilion seeks to synthesize in its spatiality the typical idea of the family barbecue (with a gallery and patio as a characteristic sequence) with the mystique of the sacred space, which provides an atmosphere of calm, conducive to concentration.

The casa y quincho Talacasto is a suburban dwelling. As such, it is located loosely in the lot and arranged longitudinally, opening mainly to the north to receive the sun. The position of the volumes divides the lot, achieving two gardens of different qualities and uses.
