        <![CDATA[<p>As one of the "largest railway transportation hubs in Asia," <a href="/tag/guangzhou">Guangzhou</a> Baiyun Station relies on its supporting station complex to realize the "Station-City Integration" model. The interior design of the East Plot Twin Towers takes the architectural and facade logic as its starting point, continuing the morphological language of "High Mountains and Flowing Water." By extending the facade language to the interior scale, the design achieves systematic synergy between the architecture, facade, and interior spaces, facilitating the hub's overall evolution from a mere transportation facility into a vibrant urban public activity space. Standing atop the super TOD hub of Guangzhou Baiyun Station, the twin towers on the East Plot are positioned as headquarters office buildings for unicorn enterprises in the Greater Bay Area. Our vision is not merely to build an office tower above a transportation hub, but to deliver a groundbreaking reinvention of the traditional transit-oriented office model—transforming it from a mere transportation adjunct into a dynamic urban node. Drawing inspiration from the architectural facade language of "High Mountains and Flowing Water," the design allows natural forms and artistic conception to evolve and flourish within the interior spaces. This approach precisely addresses the deep-seated needs of emerging enterprises regarding spatial quality, talent attraction, and community connectivity. Ultimately, it creates a distinctive workplace that fosters connections with nature and culture, all within the context of an intensive and efficient transportation hub.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>The American International School of Guangzhou (AISG) has completed the reconstruction and expansion of its 42-year-old<em> </em>Science Park campus. Designed by Perkins&amp;Will, the new campus is a forward-thinking interdisciplinary space that redefines the future of learning environments. Established in 1981 for the children of American diplomats, AISG was the first school of its kind in southern China and the oldest not-for-profit international school in Guangzhou. The reconstruction and expansion builds upon this legacy. The updated campus offers a variety of spaces that give students a choice in how, when, and where they learn, creating a world-class educational environment that supports different learning styles. “The Master Facilities Plan was intentionally designed with the future of learning in mind,” says AISG school director Kevin Baker. “A redevelopment project across both campuses, Science Park and Ersha Island will transform educational spaces into world-class learning environments.”</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>Located in the cultural center of Huangpu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, the project is one of the core buildings of the regional science education area, forming a cluster of urban public activity places with the sports center, library, and other public buildings. It covers a total area of 28,000 square meters, with a floor area of 29,000 square meters. There are five floors above the ground and one floor underground, with a total height of 27 meters. The project consists of a main teaching building and a 450-seat theater, which are connected by an air corridor， and has effectively enhanced the vitality of urban public space for the regional urban environment and has become a landmark of urban public culture in Huangpu District, Guangzhou.</p>]]>
