The TKA Esplanade is a project aimed at structuring the external areas for the industrial plant of a crane manufacturer in the Serra Gaúcha region. The scope encompasses the designs for accessing the terrain and common spaces, including developing a plaza adjacent to the administrative building, access ramps, parking lots, technical areas, landscaping, visual identity, and signage. It's a project where basalt rock, concrete, and metal blend in composition with vegetation and the local landscape. Each element has been carefully considered to highlight the natural beauty of the materials and the native context of the project.

Cabana Solena is located on a rural property in the countryside of Flores da Cunha/RS. In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, customers idealized a place of refuge, which would allow a deep connection with nature. For that, the program was organized in two volumes.

Located in one of the most beautiful addresses in the Serra Gaúcha, the project is situated in an area surrounded by remarkable vegetation, unique rock formations, and exuberant landscapes. The original plot, with rocky soil, uneven topography, and pronounced slopes, made multiple accesses to the surrounding road system impossible, which made the activity in the form of a lot condominium the best option for using the area with minimum intervention in the landscape.
