The project occupies the site of a previous sports complex with a similar program, which was demolished due to structural issues. Retaining walls and part of the foundation from the old structure have been reused. The sports court, which was previously at the same level as the indoor swimming pools, is now placed above them to free up a west-facing access plaza, which includes new outdoor courts and a small fronton. To the south, a new solarium with an outdoor swimming pool, children's water play areas, and two small auxiliary pavilions for changing rooms and storage are created.

"The Unplanned Domestic Prototype" emerges as a critical experimentation in an 80 m² apartment located in a building erected in 1966, as a result of the policies of the Stabilization Plan of 1959 in Spain. This plan, aimed at the country's economic recovery, promoted the creation of minimal, standardized, and compartmentalized housing, with the objective of functionally separating domestic life and making it more efficient. In this context, the apartment was configured under the rigid premises of the nuclear life model of the time, characterized by closed and limited rooms.

Until October 16, 2023, the second edition of TAC! Urban Architecture Festival will take place in the city of Valencia under the temporary Mediterranean pavilion designed by Manuel Bouzas. Located in the Plaza Músico López Chavarri in the Carmen neighborhood, the pavilion pays homage to vernacular architecture in response to the Mediterranean climate and the role of the Mediterranean shutter, a mechanism that for centuries provided an effective, simple, and lightweight solution for sun protection, allowing habitable spaces to adapt to climatic conditions.

In July of 2003, the Donostia – San Sebastian Local Authority held the “Competition for ideas for the urban organisation of the area made up of the Finca Montpellier and Plaza Benta Berri”. The deliverable had to include 50 apartments for young people and a nursery.
