Casa Brisa / FGMF

The FGMF presents its new residential project: Casa Brisa. Located in Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo, the residence has a disruptive visual created from solutions for thermal comfort and adapted to the local topography. The name of the project pays homage to the light and privileged ventilation, which reinforces the pleasant and refreshing sensation of its semi-internal gardens thanks to the proposed architecture.

BGN Penthouse / Estúdio Mangava

The renovation project for the BGN Roof sought to qualify the space in the most surgical way possible to bring out the full potential of the building. Functionality, aesthetics, and updating for new demands are the keywords in the project. Intervening in the typical roof plan was also a way of bringing a unique and more personal character to the family home, which was no longer used as a leisure area. Interventions were carried out in all spaces, expanding environments and improving flows between the large integrated room that includes a TV room, living room, and dining room, with the bar and the external area.

LEMA Residence / Padovani Arquitetos

Developed in a mixed structure, the LEMA Residence was implemented taking advantage of the topography, prioritizing the location of the social and private programs on the same level. The unevenness of the terrain allowed the garage to be placed on the street level, while the house is established on a higher level and as a single floor, highlighting the architecture and allowing a more integrated and broad space for the development of the environments.

Two Squares House / 24 7 Arquitetura

The house's layout consists of the creation of 3 separate blocks: garage, social, and barbecue with laundry, which are connected through two small squares covered by the slab of the bedrooms above. The first square is the entrance space to the residence that "separates" the garage volume from the social volume. The second square occurs in the transition between the social volume and the leisure volume of the house.

Located in a residential condominium in the city of Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo, the exploration of the land made by the FGMF office consists of a residence designed as Casa Sombrero, with an organization focused on itself and focused on the integration of private indoor and outdoor spaces with an abundance of transparency and relationship with Juliana Freitas' landscaping. The 1200m² plot was occupied longitudinally.

Due to the urgency of living the present better, the owners of this little paradise, a young couple with a young child make a point of living life intensely and in order to accomplish this they travel whenever they can. They love the sun and all the life it represents so they always seek destinations where they can enjoy it as much as possible, and resorts (in Brazil and abroad) are their favorite places. However, not satisfied with enjoying this well-being only at certain times of the year, on holidays, or when the family is on vacation, they decided to have their own private resort, and with a focus on making this goal to become reality, they hired us.

The OTRO BAR Cambuí project was born from the owners' desire to create a unique space in the heart of the city, where the brand's identity was reflected in all aspects of the environment. The final result is the result of a complete renovation in an old house with three floors that, given the dynamics of the original space, the great potential was perceived. The continuous environment is divided between the floors, allowing for a design that brings together different activities that flow in an integrated way in the space.

Bela Vista House is the result of the intersections between apparently divergent housing types: a patio house laid out in a square plan; and superimposed linear blocks inserted in the topography by carefully located retaining walls. These differences are responsible not only for the insertion of the house in the landscape, which create a contrast between the topographic plinth and the transparent volume topping it, but also for splitting social and intimate functions.
