In partnership with <a href="https://peeblescorp.com/?utm_medium=website&amp;utm_source=archdaily.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Peebles Corporation</a> and <a href="https://www.macfarlanepartners.com/?utm_medium=website&amp;utm_source=archdaily.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">MacFarlane Partners</a>, the complex is scheduled to open in 2027 and will create more than 8,300 new jobs during construction. </p>]]>
