In the bay of Zihuantanejo, atop a hill that slopes down to Playa la Madera, rises Carpinteros, a residential building inspired by the sails that traverse the coast and the craft of transformation. The project translates the relationship between wind, material, and landscape into architecture that dialogues with the sea, the supporting slope and its context.

The challenge of the project was to design a house with an extensive architectural program of four bedrooms and various social spaces, offering a high level of comfort, with the fundamental premise of achieving high efficiency in land use. This was a determining factor from the conceptual design of the project, which set the tone and was reflected in the compact and efficient volumetrics of the two-level main house.

On the Pacific coast of Guerrero belonging to the bay of Zihuatanejo, lies "Casa Acantilado" prostrated on cliffs that are constantly hit by the force of the sea. Located in an environment of endemic vegetation revealing each season in the region. Birds of different species nest on the slopes of the ridges and a small lighthouse warns fishermen and provides light in that immense darkness.

Vida House is located in the magical town of Troncones. It has a rectangular land with an area of 2000 sqm. The surface of the land is flat, having access through the main street of Troncones. The central concept of the project was to create a contemporary house, with large spaces but preserving the already traditional Zihuatanejo style in the area, taking advantage of local materials and the excellent workmanship of our local masters.

Casa Z is located on one of the highest hills in Zihuatanejo, on a trapezoidal land with an area of 500 m2. The surface of the land is irregular, the main access being on the upper part of the land. The main concept of the project was to create a minimalist house with rich social spaces where users could enjoy the panoramic views and the climate of the region. Three levels are proposed composed of two volumes that would be staggered to take advantage and respect the topography.
