The headquarter building was planned to become a reference building in a setting with rather restricted architectural references and was to represent the strong brand identity. Moreover the design of the project was guided by the climate, its surrounding natural landscape, effective use of daylight and multiple functions that this building was to host.

The apartment is located on a quiet street parallel to a busy boulevard in Alsancak, one of the most densely populated neighborhoods in Izmir. The brief was to design the ground floor and the upper floor of this apartment which was part of a five-story housing block on this calm and green street, to be used as a photographic studio. During the design process, together with the client, it was agreed upon that this place could go beyond being just a photographic studio.
