The San Francisco SVRN store is a distinctive architectural project that merges the brand's identity with the unique characteristic of its location. Situated across two disjointed buildings on a hillside, the design aims to seamlessly integrate varying floor levels, ceiling structures, and architectural foundations, in order to create a cohesive customer experience. Central to the concept is an elliptical loop that weaves through the space, translating into a series of curved walls finished in green oxidized copper, a material chosen to symbolize the passage of time. This nods to the corten steel used in the previous Chicago store of SVRN, while also creating a dynamic flow that invites customers to freely explore. The resulting spatial tension between these curved segments adds a sense of discovery and embracing, enhancing the journey through the store.

Dexter Studios is a VFX company. The term 'VFX' (Visual FX) refers to visual special effects. It creates images that cannot exist and develops techniques used to shoot scenes impossible to shoot or difficult to use actual life-size objects. Since the company exclusively deals with image related projects, people at the company work in a darker environment than regular office environment. This office is always a nighttime even during the daytime outside. It is a space where day & night coexist like Rene Magritte's The Empire of Light.

Design for commercial space reflects the changing lifestyle basically. Kyobo book Center at Busan Seomyeon shows such a change with two implicative images. Two images of sketch tell the before and after of this space. While the space of existing bookstore had the structure which made purchasers busy to choose, to buy and to go out, the changed space is designed to be a place where people can visit and stay easily even though buying no books. Low bookshelves and open space make this bookstore be a space where people want to stay for a long time. Designer chose Agora, a plaza formed in polis ancient Greek city state, as a motive of this space. Agora is the day was plaza, marketplace, place with storytelling, and such a space where people discussed about politics, economy and society freely. The Agora was the center of daily life for Greek people, this is an open space settled in the daily life for neighboring residents or those who visit it, regardless of buying books or not. Consequently, it was a space of daily life forming culture in it, and the designer plans to create such a space at this project.
