The design for the new block at the State University of Maringá is based on the functional independence of its two main programs: a bank branch and one of the university's administrative sectors. Located at the corner of Colombo Avenue and Herval Avenue, the building not only fulfills institutional functions but also redefines the university's relationship with the city, providing a new entrance to the campus.

The apartment is located in the central region of the city, surrounded by excellent urban infrastructure in the heart of Maringá. Dating back to the 1980s, the floor plan features generous proportions and a regular geometry, though its common areas were somewhat segmented for contemporary needs. What did the interior architecture achieve?

The Pedra Ferro House, located in a gated community, is predominantly single-story, with only an office on the mezzanine, and its spaces are organized around a central courtyard, which serves as a gathering place for the family.

In Tupi-Guarani, "taba" means city and "etê" means important or large. The chosen location to house the activities and exhibition space for a family of visual artists was Jardim Tabaeté. A characteristic of the neighborhood was a typical two-slope house with an ancillary building on a generous lot.
