QUINCHOPEL is the *quincho* (gathering and barbecue space) of Opelmec, an electromechanical works and projects company in the city of Córdoba. Located in a passageway just meters from Sabattini Avenue (Route 9) in the eastern district, it sits on an elevated site where houses, warehouses, and industrial structures coexist. From this vantage point, it establishes a social space with open views of the city.

Casa Lelis is located in Los Reartes, a town in the Sierras of Córdoba, where traditional architecture is characterized by stone walls and light roofs made of sticks and metal sheets. In this context, the building respects local technology and synthesizes its materiality into concrete and white elements. On a 10 x 30 site, the 8 x 12 house is organized in longitudinal strips that define the ground floor areas, service, living room, and gallery over which the bedrooms on the upper floor are perpendicularly superimposed.

The House for Dani and Luis is located in the suburbs of Córdoba and is designed for an older couple. The context presents two situations, the ring road and a residential neighborhood, which define the architectural form of the house. The program is ordered in a linear sequence arranged in a distorted grid by the trapezoidal site located in a corner. The organization of the spatial categories is symmetrical, with two wings, social and intimate, rotated 64°. Towards the ring road, a continuous wall 4 meters high defines the façade and delimits the domestic space. It is constituted as the container and circulatory referent of the house, which does not reveal its interior and gives the house a solid appearance of brick and stone.
