Park1538 is a public space embedded within the everyday landscape of Gwangyang, an industrial city known for its steel production. The project was inspired by the name "Gwangyang" itself—'Gwang' meaning light and 'Yang' sunlight—which became a guiding principle in shaping the form and spirit of the space. The resulting architecture captures the flowing rhythm of light through its curved steel surfaces, creating a sculptural yet purposeful structure that embodies both technological and cultural narratives.

It was rather organized to do what local people wanted by improving the environment with the assets of the local. The steering committee for Sopoong-gil Community has been set in operation since July of 2017 to reflect public opinion on what kind of programs there will be and how to operate them. ‘Sopoonggil Community’, which is more than a mere wheelchair ramp that extends all the way from the 1st floor to the roof top on the 3rd floor, creates community space with no boundary and invites interactive connection with users’ various choice. With the ramp with no boundary, various activities can take place with the needs of everyone who wishes to use it.

Hannae Forest of Wisdom is not a cultural space generated by a big public development project. It was initiated by the idea of a creative space, where people enjoy to inhabit and willing to come back every day. Therefore we improved an abandoned urban space into a unique and attractive space with creative ideas. Development Order is as follow: 1) Requested by Nowon-gu Office as part of the community project 2) There were several options for the site, and through investigation and site analysis, an abandoned fountain space in a neighborhood park was selected 3) Opinion gathered through public hearing 4) Design and development 5) Construction 6) Completion 7) Local committee operates the library, café, and after-school learning class Urban regeneration in Seoul is no longer focused on the city-scale projects that transforms the entire block or the part of the city.

We know that we exist not as an individual, but as a unity of many, or even numerous individuals connected to each other. Creating an Publisher's space is not just setting up the exhibition and office space and putting books in it, but drawing a map that covers all the works in the venue. It depends on the map how the viewer will appreciate the space and books. Through the <publisher of life power>, I have sought to insert 'the vessel of new topography' into homogeneous space. 'The vessel of new topography.' an intervention of a new imagination into the space, works as imaginary texts like those of Jorge Luis Borges. We will make-the "Contour Topography" a space for the' new experience. The Contour space will reflect the real topography by applying the abstract image of it to the floor.</publisher>

We, Unsangdong Architects, are proposing a rather unfamiliar approach to architecture, , which was exemplified in Kring_Kumho Compound Culture Space. Brand strategy, once used to be employed only by profit organizations as a means to create monetary assets, has evolved endlessly to reborn. Profit organizations are under more severe surveillance than ever before by public and required to demonstrate social responsibility of their own brand. Branding had been a useful tool for marketing, now it is re-categorized under brand new realm, which includes spatial concept. We would like to focus on new models of branding such as , or . defines any and all marketing activities by profit organizations to provide a space as a direct means to satisfy customers' needs or desire, or offer a spatial experience to customers by making themselves reconsider a profit organization or the image of that particular brand with space.
