The building is located within the former height-restricted zone of the old Shui Nan Airport. The once low-density farmlands and vegetable gardens had formed a maze of winding alleys. After urban redevelopment, what remained was an address that could no longer be precisely located — "Lane 10" — which became both the origin of the project's name and its design concept.

Located within the Hamasen Train Depot in Kaohsiung, Houli finds its home in the historic "Doo-Doo Train," once part of the Kaohsiung Port Line. The diesel railcars DR2909 and DR2955 serve as both a vessel of history and a canvas for our design intervention.

Oracle Coffee / True Thing Design Studio

Located in Huangpu New Village, Fengshan—one of Taiwan's earliest military dependents' villages—this café embraces restraint as its primary design strategy. The architectural framework and original residential layout are preserved, while the space is sensitively adapted to accommodate both the brand's identity and commercial functionality. At the entrance, a neon installation traces the trajectory of time, extending the design language of temporality. This dynamic light feature serves as both a visual anchor and a guiding element within the former vestibule.

Oskay Store / True Thing Design Studio

OskayStore is a curated space in the historic First Bank Warehouse in Yancheng, Kaohsiung. Drawing inspiration from my perspective growing up in Kaohsiung, I have incorporated the ruggedness of the mountains, the calmness of the sea, and the urban development of the industrial port into our design elements. The aim is to deeply engage with Yancheng Warehouse culture through these visual elements.
