Studio Bo has completed the full rehabilitation of a penthouse located at the top of Résidence Lyautey, an emblematic building in the historic center of Casablanca. Perched above the city, the apartment benefits from a wrap-around terrace offering a 360-degree panoramic view over Casablanca: the Arab League Park, the Grand Theatre, the Church of the Sacred Heart, the Wilaya, and the courthouse.

The project takes place in the village of Imsouane. It is a small fishing village between Essaouira and Agadir in southern Morocco. This village is a well‐known spot for surfers around the world. They call it the “magic bay”. The project is a boutique hotel that is on a cliff in front of the magic bay. In addition to being on the front line, the building is also raised by a good thirty meters above sea level.

Rabi’ Artist Studio / Studio BO

This project involves creating an extension of an artist studio for a famous Moroccan painter Mr. Abdelkebbir Rabi’. The project takes place in the old colonial center of Casablanca, close to the city's biggest public park and the splendid “sacré coeur” church. Mr. Rabi’ used to work with bi-chromatic drawing or painting, he trades between figurative and abstractive representation. As all his work revolves around shadows and light, his only request was about natural light, and natural materials with a neutral atmosphere that will don’t disturb him at work.
