Casa da Lagoa is a weekend residence for a family who lives in the capital and found this nautical condominium a refuge in the middle of nature. One of the main guidelines of the project was to create as many openings to the front of the land as possible to allow sunrise and incredible views of Lagoa da Pinguela. As a result, the plan is organized so that the social area faces the front, as the back area is narrower due to the trapezoidal shape of the land. Therefore, the ground floor organizes the social area (kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, toilet and patio) and the upper floor organizes the intimate area (suites and private living room).

The Casa F project, signed by Studio Bloco, translates the identity of the office in addition to the functional demands of the clients. In the search for an architecture of pure and simple forms, the launch of the project of the residence started from the division of the program of needs into upper and lower volumes, demarcated by two slender concrete slabs covered with wooden lining, which separate the different floors and uses.

Casa R2 is located in closed condominium in the city of Xangri-lá, on the north coast of Rio Grande do Sul. Its implantation in a plot with dimensions 12x30 meters was guided by the legal conditions and by the needs program. This program, which required an extensive occupation of the plot for the house to open to its interior. The house dialogues with contemporary living, where the simple and the connection with what is natural is necessary daily. Especially in a beach house, where being stripped and uncomplicated becomes a basic necessity.

House F16 is located in the Parque da Figueira condominium, in the city of Igrejinha / RS. It has 370m² spread over three floors and it was implanted in a 12x30m plot, but the mandatory setbacks reduce its buildable area by 8m in width. As it is a land in decline with an extraordinary view towards the back, the main guideline of the project was to create spaces that enjoy this look.

Located in the only closed condominium in the city, the residence is implanted in a land of 12m x 27.5m. The site plan occurred through two overlapping rectangular prisms, which also compartmentalize the house requirements program in two zones: the social and the privative.
