Nirava Ayurveda Holistic Centre is envisioned as an oasis of healing, rooted in tradition and elevated through thoughtful innovation. Conceived as an immersive wellness retreat, the master plan unfolds in two distinct yet interconnected volumes: a villa block comprising twelve serene guest rooms and a gracefully curved spa block housing therapy suites. Each structure is carefully positioned to preserve and embrace the mature trees that define the site's lush, tropical character, allowing architecture and landscape to exist in quiet harmony.

Drawing from the existing fabric of Kottayam’s housing, the KoCo Project revitalizes a former 150 year old residence into a restaurant. It introduces a unique gastronomical highlight in the neighborhood but notably, brings a new identity for an old building site. The project coverts the site’s ancestral house through adaptive reuse into a quirky restaurant that resonates with the local population of the neighborhood and breathing new life into the bustling street.

Corporate Office for Team Thai / STAPATI

A linear sloping site facing the southwest, along a busy highway defined the context for this Corporate office in Calicut. The functional areas of the building are deliberately raised up from the ground, leaving the ground floor free as a multifunctional space. Thus the external landscape continues into the building and onto the raised portion of the land on the rear, which is articulated as an informal extension of the office space. This continuous space is resolved as a series of levels which allows the landscape to move in & out and form the spine around which all activities are organized.
