The Banyan Tree Riverside Residences stands out as a distinctive architectural statement on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Designed to be an urban riverfront sanctuary, this 45-storey condominium is located just 16 meters from the riverbank, nestled between the Old City District and the Central Business District. The design strives for formal simplicity complemented by crafted detailing to create an iconic and finely textured silhouette along the Bangkok riverfront skyline. The all-glass façade, both transparent and ephemeral, is a tribute to the building’s close relationship to the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok’s legendary “River of Kings”, ensuring that all units have sweeping views of the water.

The client’s brief called for a prestigious office combining together space for a sales gallery, offices and specific broker areas.

A meaningful engagement with nature was the driving thought behind the conceptualization of Seletar Park Residence. Upon arrival at the site, the entrance is lined with mature rain trees, greeting the visitor almost ceremoniously before the space extends onwards to open into a clearing embraced by the surrounding terrain. This theme is recurring and impressed – preserved in the design to create a home that first welcomes and lateroffers experiences with nature. Providing a backdrop of simple elegance, the fine edges and sharp lines of the rectilinear forms break down the massing of the blocks while offering a textured fabric through repetition of frames, sun-shading ledges, façade fins and trellises. Rigorous in its application, this fabric lines the site boundaries, forming a canvas onto which a central landscaped court is strongly expressed.

Tagore 8 is multi-user light industrial factory located in Tagore Industrial Estate.The main generating concept of the project lies in a continuous driveway and ramp which spiral up the centre of the building, providing vehicular access to each individual factory unit. This circulation path becomes the main organizing device, both horizontally and vertically, around which all the primary spaces are arranged. A large central landscaped courtyard is located in the centre of the factory to provide lighting and ventilation to the inward facing units.

The condominium takes full advantage of its privileged location by the new UNESCO World Heritage site, with every unit sporting a large balcony bordered by angled fins that provide sun shading and division between neighbouring units, whilst directing and framing the views towards the Garden’s greenery.
