The Primus is a nine-level, climate-responsive office building in Jaipur, India, composed of a series of capsule-shaped modules stacked vertically to create a breathable and environmentally conscious workspace. Located adjacent to Jaipur Airport, the project was subject to a strict height restriction of 30 metres. To meet the client's requirements, the building accommodates eight offices on each floor, with unit sizes ranging from 60 sqm to 125 sqm. The structural design provides complete flexibility, allowing individual offices to be combined into larger workspaces if needed.

The site drops sharply from the approach road, allowing the building to emerge gradually from the natural terrain, rather than sit upon it.

Screen 504 is a 21-storeyed apartment building with 78 apartments on a site of 3690 sqm located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a total constructed area of 20,000 sqm. At every level, four apartments, each with four bedrooms & living spaces, are planned in each quadrant to allow visibility & views of 2 adjacent sides of the surroundings with hills in the distance in all directions. Traditional architecture in the region dating back to the 16^th & 17^th centuries has multiple examples of projected screened balcony spaces to combat the excessive heat of the summer months which can vary from 35° to 48°C, providing privacy simultaneously.

The Nine X Nine house is located in Gandhinagar, India.Fluid volumes traverse between 9 existing trees on the southern side of a 3311 sqm plot, with 2 of the trees punctuating the open deck areas & the others in close proximity of the house. The entry to the plot is located between a large cluster of trees on the northwestern corner revealing the house slowly as one moves inside, from the gate.

Blurring the lines between the inside & the outside, integrating with the existing landscape, screening & allowing filtered light in different ways within each space, and infusing volumes with light & shadows to transform differently at different times, Zen Spaces is a 4 level house. Situated on a corner with roads on 3 sides, Zen Spaces is a 27000 sqft home in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. On a relatively large plot with an existing house on the southern side, the clients wanted a new house since the family had grown larger. Keeping most of the existing garden as a common space for both houses, the new home is built on the extreme northern end with roads on 3 sides. All the existing trees on the site were retained, with the new house ensconced in the clear space between the trees.

Cantilevered cuboid volumes create a sculptural office building in Chennai , India. Located in the old business district of Chennai in South India, the plot had multiple challenges to be overcome. With a very narrow access from an arterial city road and no road frontage this plot of 4098 sqm is sandwiched between existing buildings on all sides. A total area of 8000 sqm was to be built based upon the client’s requirements and the permissible construction area , along with a height restriction of 27M.

Imbibing the organic character of Indian villages & old cities, the Rajasthan School is a low rise 3 level school with open, enclosed and semi enclosed spaces of varying volumes. Taking cognizance of the desert climate of its location with temperatures in excess of 35°C for most of the year, each of the classrooms are north oriented to derive indirect sunlight . The auditorium , primary school and administration space occupy the southern side of the plot opening into a large sheltered open area towards the north beyond which the secondary school classrooms, library & cafeteria are located.
