At the edge of the state-owned forest of Saint-Germain-en-Laye and near the town centre, the iXcampus, a new sustainable campus focused on innovation, engages a dialogue with the suburban surroundings, luxuriant vegetation, and a remarkable landscape and architectural heritage. The new buildings are part of an overall vision that respects the identity of the park, and as such, participates in the redefinition of the campus. Their integration amongst the existing buildings creates an architectural dialogue whose harmony arises from the interactions between volumes and shared DNA, thereby ensuring the architecture's flexibility, adaptability, and sustainability.

The project is located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, on the corner of Avenue de la République, rue des Bluets and the private road Cité Bertrand. Originally built for the Bluets clinic, the building has undergone several transformations, revealing a complex construction made up of successive layers. At the head of the block, L'ARO ( 'Angle République Onzième') features a strong identity and hybrid programming. The former Clinique des Bluets, now a training school, is designed to evolve throughout its life cycle. Whether it's a school, coworking space, housing or fitness centre, the conversion project is flexible. Only its cinaspic nature remains unchanged. Its dimensional qualities and strategic location make it an extremely attractive building in the eleventh arrondissement of Paris.

Located within the Musée Bourdelle, above the sculptor's atelier, this new venue for Parisian gastronomy brings back the domestic character of the former apartment of Rhodia Bourdelle and Michel Dufet. The new café-restaurant of the museum, named Rhodia after Bourdelle's daughter, aspires to be a culinary escape for museum visitors, employees, and residents of the Montparnasse neighborhood. Inside, the luminous yellow and white setting, restored to its original state by Paris Musées, is the playground for a scenography, furniture, and decoration project.
