The sailing marina is the final stage of the development of the eastern waterfront of Paprocany Lake and, at the same time, the completion of the pedestrian promenade. In 2020, the MOSM kayak marina was opened to the public a few hundred meters along the shore.

The plot we got was a green place, with a very attractive tree stand in the southwestern part, which created the character of the place. We connected the main entrances to the area and selected a place for the required function, in a way that interfered with the existing trees as little as possible. The water playground basins and the stage were planned in an area with low greenery, in the eastern part of the area, while in the western part, we designed wooden squares and paths floating above the underground and meandering between the existing trees. The main water playground was partially raised to create slides integrated into the terrain.

The plot is located in the picturesque landscape of Lesser Poland. The house was built on a small hill, surrounded by rolling hills and cornfields. To make the best use of the plot's conditions, we positioned the house along the spirit levels in its northern part. As a result, most of the rooms open up to a magnificent view, and together with the garden, they have the best sun exposure.

The monochromatic house was built on a flat plot, with an entrance from the south side, in the urbanizing part of Świerczyniec. The L-shaped layout of the building makes the garden zone hidden from the street. The layout of the building is rotated according to the directions of the world. Thanks to it, the garden zone with the terrace is exposed to sunlight earlier.

The house was built in a partially invested area on a plot of land with a slight western slope. The main wish of the investors was that, despite the declivity of the plot and fairly large size, all rooms in the house should be on the same level with a west view and without any steps. We designed a build located parallel to the road, covering almost the entire width of the plot. The western part of the plot is designated as a garden.

The Paprocany lake is a very important place for its inhabitants, mainly for recreational reasons. The wharf which was put into use a few years ago connects the rest center with a part used by many sailing clubs and canoe section MOSM (Municipal Youth Sports Center). Due to the bad condition of these buildings, the city decided to build a new sailing marina and object for MOSM. The first part which was realized is building for canoes.

The plot has a significant slope of terrain to which the house has been matched. The main idea was to protect and highlight a view after entering the plot. That's why the hole comes to existence.

The project included designing of water playground with public greeneries land at the former coal mine terrains. The plan sets up a group of rounded plazas merging with greenery and connected with streams flowing down to the central part. The water playground is situated in the focal point, surrended by green hills. It is recessed regard to the sorrounding alleys level. It makes a comfortable situation for little users, not being visible to walkers from the main alley.

Paprocany lake is the place where inhabitants of Tychy often spend their spare-time/(free time). In the neighborhood of the promenade there is recreation center with many recreation and sports attractions. Remodeling of the recreational area at the Paprocany lake is another project focused on exposing values of the landscape and expanding recreational offer for resident of city.

House is located in a quiet northern district of Tychy, near the forest complex. Access is achieved by cul-de-sac from the main road connecting the plot in its north-west corner. Zoning plans based on the analysis of the urban area imposed roof geometry and the maximum height of the building. The rectangular shape of the plot and its orientation towards the south-west suggested preferred location of the building.
