        <![CDATA[<p>Casa CIMA, located in Los Cabos, is a subtle volumetric expression adapted to the irregular shape of the land, taking advantage of it to create panoramic views and unique experiences throughout the day, towards the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Laguna. The initial concept was to create a mass by subtracting volumes, creating voids, and allowing natural light to enter, resulting in fluid spatial relationships between the interior and exterior.&nbsp;</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>The project started when our client approached us to design an off-grid home for his property on the East Cape road to famous surf breaks. The location and the views are as good as can get for a remote location that is also accessible to town by a newly paved road, which as of three years ago, used to be the typical Baja desert dirt road. Not only was the distance and the lack of essential infrastructure a challenge, but finding the right materials and sustainable systems to build and operate the house.</p>]]>
