Development of the JHA Corporate Boutique: Inspirations and Concepts - The JHA Corporate Boutique, designed by PSA Arquitetura, was conceived with the goal of reimagining corporate spaces, promoting not only functionality but also the quality of life for users. The main inspiration came from the need to integrate the work environment with the urban surroundings, creating a visual and functional connection. The design prioritizes visual permeability, with floor-to-ceiling windows and interspersed balconies that provide better natural lighting and a harmonious interaction with the external environment.

Casa Brasileira Itaim Residential Building/ PSA Arquitetura

Designed to honor the Brazilian modern architecture masters, the building is a slim concrete sheet with a slightly rotated mezzanine. This set floats 19 meters above the ground, sustained by impressive pillars in a Y shape. The monumental arrival reveals an elegant exposed concrete walkway, providing access to the lobby.

VITRA / Studio Libeskind + PSA Arquitetura

Vitra is the first partnership between Pablo Slemenson and Daniel Libeskind. This is a luxurious residential project of 14 apartments where each occupies an entire floor with unique plant. The penthouse apartment occupies two floors and boasts a private open sky pool. The contemporary design of the building is multi-faceted as a gemstone. The glass balconies with green gardens alternate with plain facades. The building is neighbour to some of the main roads in the city that provide access to the most known parks, Ibirapuera and Do Povo.
