The project for the N4 Residences seeks to highlight the construction technology of reinforced concrete, and thus the proposal exposes almost the entire structural support system of the building. The pillars, beams, and solid slabs are presented in exposed concrete, and this finish is used to express one of the aspects of the architectural concept. The project solves the task of setting up 4 two-story houses of 90 m2 each, on a lot of 260 m2 and two front lines, located on the first block near the beach, on the northern coast of Santa Catarina.

The residence ZB is located in the city of Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The terrain with great inclination has a total area of approximately 1,400 m2. The request of the owners included a large, comfortable, modern house and different house that made good use of the city's landscape. Although the terrain was very rugged, it already had a natural plateau which was chosen for the implantation of the residence. That portion of the lot is 6 meters high in relation to the street level, which allows the garage floor located on the intermediate level to connect both the city and the private spaces. Although the house is accessible through the east façade, it is towards the north side that the landscape of the city is opened and, where all the social environments of the residence have been organized, including the outdoor area with a wooden terrace and a pool.

The FY house is located in “Condomínio Horizontes”, in the city of Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina State, Brazil. The land has a big inclination both to the back side and to the north side. Its dimensions are of 26m x 40 m and the total area is of approximately 1,087 sqm. The customers are a young couple with a child. They were looking for something different and modern, with raw materials. They wanted an open house, both internally and from inside out. In addition to the common program for a residence, the house has an also a music studio and an outdoor solarium. The implantation of the residence and the arrangement of the rooms sought to solve three main issues: the adaptation of the program and the construction to the rugged terrain, the best use of the sunshine in all sectors and the relation with the surrounding landscape.
